The Japan-Belgium Society (hereinafter referred to JBS) recognizes that an appropriate use and protection of private information of individual members of JBS (hereinafter referred to as Members) is not merely social responsibility, but an indispensable tool for the activity of JBS, and thus undertake as stipulated below:

1. Administration of Private Information

   JBS shall strictly administrate the private information of Members (hereinafter referred to Private Information)

2. The Purpose and Extent of The Collection for Private Information

   Whenever JBS intends to collect Private Information, JBS shall notify Members about the purpose of each request and confine the collection of information only to the necessary extent.

3. The Use of Private Information

   JBS shall use Private Information only for the purpose which is agreed upon by Members.

4. Prohibition to Provide or Disclose Private Information to A Third Party

   JBS shall properly administrate Private Information collected from Members and shall not provide or disclose such information to any third party without prior consent of Members.
